Problems always!

I bought for a new build but it has been nothing but problems! When it works it™€™s great but quite often stops making ice! Recently ours had a frozen drain hose which runs to outside so the ice bin filled up with water instead of ice! I don™€™t understand why it doesn™€™t keep the ice cold? I wish I had not bought this problem maker!

Like many others, this machine has never worked as assumed. It makes ice, but then starts indicating time to clean AND replace filter. I've cleaned and replaced filter so many times, I can't count. The ice made never stays there, it melts and I'm left with no ice.

I have had this machine for less than 24 hours and after it dumps the first load of ice the water continuously runs (more than 20 minutes). I have had 2 other brands of ice machines ... they were good, not perfect, but good. I want my money back

Piece of crap. Makes ice fine, however fills tub up with water at least once a day and you have to get 1/2 melted ice out with the scooper filled with water. Brand new home and piece of crap ice maker.

Never has worked right

We purchased this from a local Green Bay store about 9 months ago for our cabin we are building. . From the 1st time turning it on have had the same problem. They keep coming out to fix it and it never is fixed. It starts making ice then after about 3 hrs it can't make anymore because it's so hot. The top of the unit you can barley touch and the granite above is super hot also. Lucky for me after they came for the 2nd time to work on it my plumber was there. They left it running and left. After a couple hours he heard it running crazy loud. Called me and said he it was so hot my granite counter top was 105. He tested it with his water temp thermostat. I told him to un plug it. This has happened everytime and 9 months later still haven't gotten to use it.

Great ice WHEN it actually works

We bought this 2 years ago and have had problems with it since the day it was installed. It frequently does not accept a new filter when it prompts me to change it and stops making ice. The lights continue to flash saying "clean" "change filter" but only works 1/2 the time and I need a technician. For how expensive this ice maker is, I expected higher quality and efficiency. This icemaker is not worth it in my opinion. 1. frequently stops working 2. expensive to fix 3. Requires frequent filter changes ($40 each) 4. Does make quality ice when working

Not worth the money

We have had it for two years and every year it just stops working. I clean it regularly and change the filter every time it prompts for a new one. I had Kitchen Aid at my old house and never had an issue. It is not with the money. I wanted all my appliances to match and this is the only reason I bought this. We are installing a Kitchen Aid in our lower level so we don™€™t have to deal with the issues with two of them.
