Looks great and seems to work fine. Was delivered with damage on the back side. Next day door alarm was going off and light not working. The technician ended up ordering a new door that I am currently waiting on since the existing door has wires sticking out on the bottom were a magnetic connection should be occurring. He said the door is damaged as well.

We had a Frigidaire standing freezer that lasted many years. It just made sense to replace it with a similar one from Frigidaire. It is working well so far but the delivery experience was not good. The front of the freezer was scratched and it ruined the experience of buying a brand new freezer.

I love the adjustable glass shelves. So many freezers do not have. Plus it has a door ajar alarm. A must with my family. Too pretty for the garage. The only negative is that the motor is a little louder than my refrigerator but not bad, and there is no digital temperature gauge and easy fix.

I love the freezer. It's the perfect size. I am really happy that it is so quiet. I did request the door be reversed but Lowe's sent unqualified delivery men out that were not capable of reversing the door which should be a very simple do for appliance delivery men. That was disappointing but I do not hold that against Frigidaire.

We had a 13 cu.ft. Frigidaire chest freezer that we wanted to replace for more ease of use and we wanted more space. My husband saw the 20.cu.ft upright on sale at Lowes - and we jumped at it. Set up was very easy and the capacity is awesome. I am very pleased with the multiple height positions for shelves that allow me to use baskets and bins for maximum efficiency. BTW the chest is over 15 years old and still working beautifully for our son! Thank you Frigidaire for making products that last!
