Love this refrigerator. It™€™s beautiful and roomy. The drawers are big. Love the bottom drawer. With the 3 drawers it seems to have more room in the main part and keeps things better organized. The freezer is easier to see what you have in there and it helps that both the drawers pull out and the top drawer can be pushed back in to get to the bottom part.

Very Disappointed Frigidaire Owner

We purchased our refrigerator during black Friday sales. It was delivered and installed and we enjoyed it for 3 weeks until the alarm started going off every hour, telling us it wasn't at temperature. We over-rode the alarm and called the store to see if they could help. They instructed us to call Frigidaire to schedule a repair visit. The repair man came out from Frigidaire and spent 5 minutes assessing the problem, which ended up being 3 different parts that could be the problem. He informed us that ordering the parts would take 7-10 business days. Let me remind you that this fridge was only 3 weeks old! The repairman laughed and said, "yea, at this time tomorrow you'll just have a box with a light in it, not a refrigerator". He left us with nothing. We didn't have another fridge, and over the next several hours the new one continued to drop in temperature. Thankfully the store we purchased from sent us a loaner. Frigidaire was of no help and told us we had to work through the process. We are never purchasing this brand again. We will see if the new parts fix the problem, but this was a problem I didn't expect to have so soon after purchasing. Our fridge is the base model. NO frills. Terrible standard of quality.

I like the fridge a lot, however, it was delivered and the panel in the door wasn™€™t giving an error code from the moment we plugged it in. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent someone out to look at it. He looked at it, but didn™€™t have the part that was needed. Said the model is so new, he may have trouble finding the part. That was a week ago. The fridge works, but the light doesn™€™t come on in the fridge, I can™€™t turn on the water dispenser and I can™€™t control the temps in the fridge or freezer. I haven™€™t put all of the food back in it yet bc the repairman said that if the new part (whenever he gets it), doesn™€™t fix the problem, the fridge would need to be replaced. The whole thing has been very stressful and I™€™d really just like for my brand new fridge to work properly.

The fridge looks even better in person than it does online. It is very roomy and I love the water dispenser inside the fridge. Installation and delivery was as easy as it gets. They arrived and installed within 30 minutes. Highly recommend ordering straight from Frigidaire opposed to ordering from Home Depot or another store like that.

This fridge is huge! Thankfully it fit in my kitchen. Installers had some problems attached once of the door handles but it's on now. Also, the ice maker didn't drop the ice until I shut it off overnight first. Next morning I was happy when I heard the ice drop. It's been working great ever since.

This refrigerator has been working great! Here are my list of pros and cons:Pros:1.) Runs quiet. I had a Whirl**** for about a week and that thing was loud.2.) Keeps things at a nice even temperature. I noticed my ice cream in the freezer is never super hard or soft, it is always just right.3.) I really like the location of the water spigot! It is nice having it on the inside of the door as it is hidden, but easily accessible (compared to the Whirl**** where it's inside the refrigerator itself).4.) There is a lot of storage! I noticed the veggie drawer is a lot bigger than what I had. It almost looks empty because there is so much space now.5.) Ice maker -- I like the square cubes. This is definitely personal preference, but the cubes fit so well in my water bottle compared to the moon shaped ones.And a few cons:1.) The controls on the door are in a location where I tend to hit them with my hand when opening or closing the door. They should have mounted them higher on the door. No huge deal as you have to hit them "once" to wake the controls, so no changes are made inadvertently.2.) I had a small issue with the flapper on the left door. It was easily fixed by adjusting the doors and the flapper height.3.) The ice machine starts off slow, but once the freezer has been on a few days, it starts producing normally.In all, I really like this refrigerator and would highly recommend to someone who wants a reliable solution for a French Door refrigerator.

Good fridge replaced a Samsung

The fridge is generally well laid out but there are a few things we don't like. The inside lighting is poor. It's especially bad when filling water bottles from the inside dispenser and it would have been very, very helpful to have a downward-facing light so you don't overfill a bottle and spill into the door shelf below. We were used to a smaller shelf in the freezer for canned juice-sized containers but that's lacking in this fridge. The freezer just seems small. There's a bar going across to let you store pizza-sized boxes but that removes a chunk of possible freezer space.The temperature is well maintained according to the remote sensors we have put inside. It seems like we'll need to add some storage bins to make better use of the space since the distance between shelves will be short if you want to store milk on the main shelf. The bottom part of both doors is wasted, unlike our Samsung fridge. It seems like a half-depth door shelf could be there, and there are brackets for them, but there are no shelves. I don't know if this is due to airflow concerns for the bins in the fridge, or if they were just being cheap.The fridge isn't perfect, but it's good enough.
