Oven temp is inconsistent

i bought my range and microwave over 18 months ago. right after the one year, it all went downhill. service tech replaced parts to no avail. they finally gave up. we have to bake, standing at the oven and turn it off then on to keep temp up. now the microwave is not cooking on popcorn setting and the door switch broke yesterday.
horrible experience with customer support and tech said this is very common for this brand.

the stove looks nice but the 2 front inner burners and the rear right small burner all turn off and on after about 10 seconds into turning the burners on high. there is no way anything would ever come to a boil with the burners doing this. the only one that is not having the problem so far is the rear left burner. repairman is coming out today to diagnose the problem.

well if i could give less than 1 star i would. i've had my stove for 2 months and the paint on the interior is splittering. i've waited for 2 weeks to have someone come to my house and say yes it needs to be replaced. someone from samsung would call me in 2 days. no one did. i had to call. now i am waiting for someone to call me back. my wait time is 4.25 hours. will this end?

I love this oven. It has so many features and looks great too. I love that is has 4 burners and a warming burner so you can keep things warm while cooking. Also the two front burners can be small or large depending on your pan size. The burners heat up really well and you really need it only on 3 to really cook things. The oven is so amazing too because the heating element is not sitting in the middle of it so its very simple to clean and wipe up messes. It also heats up quickly and holds the temperature really well. I love this oven. It also very easy to clean.

Samsung freestanding electric range heats up very fast and stays hot long after its been shut off. There is a light that tells you that the stove top is still hot until it cools down. When you preheat the oven it shows as the temperature goes up and beeps when it is up to temperature. The oven has a self clean option which let's face it who doesn't love that feature! I like that I dont have to worry about drip pans and meatal burners but the glass top is hard to keep clean. Deeping on how long the mess sits it can be hard to clean. The pros outweigh the cons. This stove has been a major upgrade to our old one that definitely needed to go and now we have a matching stove and fridge. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of how hard the glass top is to clean and keep clean.

We recently upgraded our range to the new Samsung 5.9cu ft. freestanding electric range. My wife is the primary one to prepare meals in our home but I have found myself using this range quite a bit. It heats quickly whether you are using the oven or one of the eyes, and with the smooth glass top the clean up is a breeze. I recently helped my wife prepare a large meal on our new range and the warming eye was a wonderful addition on this range. We definitely made the right choice upgrading to the Samsung Freestanding Electric range.

The 5.9 cu. ft. Capacity Samsung Freestanding Electric Range with flexible 5 Element cooktop has been a much-needed update to the kitchen appliances in our home. One of the reasons we purchased it was because it matched our Stainless-Steel Samsung French Door Refrigerator and Samsung microwave that we purchased a few years ago.
Delivery day... The delivery personnel were prompt, professional and courteous. The Electrician had vehicle trouble and was majorly delayed. To avoid any delay in using the new 5.9 cu. ft. Capacity Samsung Freestanding Electric Range with flexible 5 Element cooktop; I proceeded with disconnecting the old and connecting the new range. Connecting the range was straightforward due to my electrical background. A few tools and electrical components were required. NOTE: If you don't have an electrical background, I highly recommend getting an Electrician for the electrical connection. Once connected, my wife couldn't wait to use it!
The stainless-steel dials, digital display and a flat cooktop that illuminates beautifully when in use, makes our old range look like it belonged in an antique shop! This range has a lot of bells & whistles. The old range had an analog clock with a timer that sounded like an old school lunch bell / alarm clock. There are a total of 5 cooktop elements – 3 in the back and 2 in the front. One of the coolest features is that the two front ones have dual elements in each (large & small) and how the dials work to activate them is nothing short of an engineering marvel! The back center element is specifically designed to keep food warm – which is great for warming pizza! The cook timer and the "preheat complete" notification (The oven makes a sound when it reaches the set temperature) saves us time & energy costs, every time we use it. There's even a button that controls the oven light, whereas the old range did not have a window on the oven door. The "hot surface" and "cooktop on" indicators are awesome! The only thing I would add is an optional beep (sound notification) that is activated via motion in front of the electric range when either the cooktop is on and / or the cooking surface is hot. Overall, we love our new range. It's easy to clean, cooks evenly and is energy efficient. I'm sure we will enjoy using it for many years to come.

Our much anticipated delivery of our new Samsung Electric Range NE59T4311SS finally arrived Sat. 11/14/2020. It is a sharp looking freestanding range, black cook top with stainless steel backed control panel and stainless steel warming drawer below. It has four cooking pads and a warmer pad. Samsung was very thoughtful in designing the heating elements giving the user more control options. Even though we have only used this range for two days we love it so far and the wife is very happy with is range.

My new Samsung 5.9 cu. Ft. Freestanding oven with Flexible cooktop , it's so awesome I can boil, melt , simmer in multiple pan sizes with the flexibility to cook in different size pans at the same time . It's truly amazing and a time saver to be able to cook all my dishes at the same time. In the right size of heat. Element , which is great compared to other ovens I have used. It's easy to cooperate and can make all.my family and friends favorite dishes . Love the self cleaning feature , with 3 setting , 3,4 or 5.hour cleaning , great for a busy house like mine we cook 7 days a week at home and we love to back and this Samsung oven is just perfect for all. My cooking needs . . One of my favorite feature is definitely the view window I can actually view my dish as I cook it with out letting the heat out . That's so cool ... Another great feature is the storage drawer on the bottom so restore and I love it , I keep all my baking dishes there so easy to get very convenient. . We love it , it's not only Beautiful to look at but does a great job cooking , and it cools very evenly too which can be a problem , I have definitely experienced that's on past ovens but no worries here this is an awesome oven . I love this stove. The light turns on when opening the oven door. I love this feature. I don't need to hit a button to see when I open the door to get food out/put food in. It also prevents me from leaving the oven light on after I'm done cooking.
The timer moves too fast when holding the button to set the time. It goes from zero to an hour super fast and I end up skipping the time I need a lot. That is slightly annoying.
I love the fast boil burners. They heat up so quickly and get my food cooking/boiling so fast.
The easy push buttons are nice. I like that all the controls are on top/back of the cooktop so they aren't accidentally turned on by a bump or a child.
The oven is really spacious and I love that I can fit two baking sheets on one rack. This allows me to cook more food at once which comes in handy.
I love the hidden heating element. It makes oven cleaning so much easier.
The warming station is good for small pots, not large ones. It is a wonderful feature that I utilize a lot. I have noticed larger pots don't stay as warm as smaller ones.
The easy see window into the oven is awesome. I love that I can check on my food and not have to open the door to see it.
The oven racks are easy to move to different levels which makes room for taller/larger items in the oven.
The oven cooks evenly and accurately.
The bottom oven drawer sticks and doesn't glide easily which can be annoying.
Overall I am extremely happy with this range.

What a beautiful matched set. When this range arrived I was so impressed with its overall classy lines. I love the heating element. The ability to use different sizes pots and pans. The oven heats up very nice and the temperature is very accurate. My old unit was getting old and this was a welcome addition to my kitchen! I love the blue accent light and the clock is so easy to set and read! Samsung you've done it again thank you!

This stove works really well, the last stove I had was dying down, so when this came into the door, I was very excited, and at first it was slow but giving it time, it got the use in it to be faster. Cooking on and in it, is fantastic. I recommend this all the way.
The self clean option is an added bonus. Definitely saves me time. My favorite to cook in the oven is pizza. And I like to bake cookies. This oven cooks everything evenly and I enjoy cooking so much more with this oven. I would recommend this all the way.

So when i first seen this Samsung Range I was blown away at how modern it looked. My family loves my cooking and since I have used this electric range I have enjoyed cooking and baking even more. It has alot of space inside and offers great flexibility for cooking and baking. The burners heat up immediately and cook my food well i have baked cookies and cakes and they come out perfect. Last week I cooked stuffed shells and they also were perfectly baked. I used the self clean option and it was easy to set up. The oven was spotless after cleaning so no scrubbing for me. .

We have been using our new range for a couple of months and are enjoying it! The Samsung freestanding electric range will make any kitchen look great! Not only is it sleek and modern looking, but it is also easy to keep clean and use with all its functions. The front two dual-size burners are so ideal, you always have a cook surface available no matter the size of pan(s) you are using. They operate off the same knob, turning direction depends on whether you want large or small heating surface. The burners heat up quickly, and when turned off, there is a red light indicating hot surface. However, would like an indication of which surface is hot in case someone else approaches stove. The oven is very large with no visible heating element on bottom – makes cleaning so much easier. I just discovered if you turn on light when using oven, it automatically goes off when opening/closing the over door. This is great, don't have to remember to turn off the light. Only issue I have so far is selecting the functions on the back of stove. I find them difficult to depress, and when held in too long, they advance quickly (e.g., setting the timer). Can become frustrating! Overall, we are pleased and would recommend to anyone considering purchasing a new electric range.

I was excited to try our new Samsung Electric Range. We have other Samsung appliances in our kitchen so that means we had very high expectations for this range. IT SURPASSED THEM ALL! This stainless-steel unit looks great in our kitchen. The unit is very spacious on the inside and is perfect for larger meals especially during the holidays. The extra element is also very helpful with larger meals as you can cook more things. The display and knobs are very easy to use and the readouts are bright and clear. I enjoy the large oven window; you can see everything easily and clearly. The only con about this product is that you can see every fingerprint, wipe mark and smudge on it. You sometimes having to wipe down twice so that it looks clean. All in all though, I would definitely suggest this range to my friends and family.

Initially when this stove arrived I was tickled, because who doesn't love shiny new appliances? The control panel has A bright blue led display and the oven lights up as soon as you open the door. The first thing I cooked on the stove top was rice. Compared to my old stove, this one runs hot! I love the dual burners and was surprised to see they use the same dial, just one side is the smaller one and the right uses the whole burner. I have canned salsa, pasta sauce, cowboy candy, apple butter, bruschetta and peaches on this so far. Don't let anyone tell you you can't can on an electric range, because with this stove you can! It maintains temperature incredibly well. The oven heats up quickly and beeps when it gets where you set it. The parts of this stove that i don't like is the beeping of the display when you need to set the temp or a timer. Each press of a button sounds a beep, and if you hold it in to increase time it jumps from a few minutes to 40 and then I have to push another button to bring it back down. If you don't push start after selecting temp or time it doesn't set either. Found that out the hard way the first few times I used it. The towel bar doesn't have a clean seam from it to the stove, lots of crumbs collect there. Lastly, the display screen buttons need to be pushed really hard for them to work. The top of the stove itself is flimsy and moves quite a bit. You have to grip the stainless steel on the top of the stove, resulting in the dreaded fingerprints. I know what I got myself into choosing this style, believe me. It looks great and performs well, just needs to be wiped quite often.

I love my new Samsung range! The oven is huge inside and there is no exposed heating element, which makes cleabing the inside of the oven so easy. You are able to wipe up an drips inside the oven with ease and if there is baked on food then using the self cleaning feature is fabulous. I can't wait to bake and cook for big family gatherings this holiday season. The glass cooktop is also so easy to clean, definitely a gamechanger from the stove we replaced. This cooktop has five burners, the front two can both be a larger or.smaller burner and easily controlled with turning the knob left or right for the size you need. These front two burners also have the fast boil capability, it is wonderful! The back or the cooktop has three smaller burners, the outside two are regular burners and the center eye is a warming eye. The warming eye is a huge bonus when fixing large meals. The range is very sleek in appearance and will be a beautiful upgrade to your kitchen. You absolutely can't go wrong with this Samsung range.

Its my first electric range and i mainly use its oven fro baking. The baking element is hidden and its very good because if i spill something its very easy to wipe and it have self cleaning feature too.
I use the oven several times a week and i love its performance. The best thing as compared to my old oven is that its temperature goes up to 550F so i bake my pizza at 550F and it bakes so good like restaurants. My family is really enjoying the food i bake in this oven.
It heats up evenly. I also use its broil feature and it have high and low broil.
One more great feature is that it heats up very quickly and it shows the temperature while its preheating so i know what's the temperature and when to put the food in It.
The wide window and the light shows me food inside and I don't need to open the oven to check the food.
The cooktop works great too. I really like the warming station. It keeps food warm and two of the elements have dual rings so i can adjust is according to the size of pan or pot. I love this range and i am happy that i got it.

About a month ago, we replaced our range with a 5.9 cubic foot, 5-burner Samsung range and have not been disappointed! There are 3 small burners in back, with the center being a warming surface, and 2 large burners in front. I especially like that the front burners have dual elements and can accommodate either large pans or small pans depending on how you heat the surface. The control knobs are very easy to use. The surface heats quickly, but takes longer to cool down once turned off. However, there is a red warning light to let you know the surface is still hot. The center control panel is easy to understand and use, but the desired functions (bake, broil, up/down, etc.) are hard to depress but I'm getting used to. The oven is large with a lower hidden element making cleaning easier, and a storage drawer at bottom of unit. Not too big but works perfectly for storing pizza pans and cookie sheets. Looking forward to many years of cooking enjoyment!

I just got my new Samsung 5.9 range a few weeks ago and so far so good. I love the look of the range it is very sleek and stylish and goes well with the other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. Using this stove for the first time was simple and easy. The large knobs were easy to grip and use and the buttons and features were displayed in large words making it easy to read. The stove top has five burners four to cook with and one to use to keep your food warm while you finish cooking your food which is a really nice feature I have never seen another stove that had that added feature before. The stove top cleans off nicely. The only down fall I found his that on the second day of using it we had tiny bubbles on the stove top which I thought was very disappointing because the stove itself works great and looks really nice with this one exception. I love to bake and this oven is great for baking it's spacious and cookes the food evenly and fast. I also like the bottom drawer on the stove that is used for keeping your food warm. It is large in size and holds a lot. All in all I think this stove is a good buy and so far I have enjoyed cooking with it. I am happy with my purchase. After talking to Samsung they addressed the bubbles on the stove and told me how to take care of them.

First all I want to say that this is a beautiful stove. I love the sleek look of the stainless and black. It features stainless knobs that has a bit of red that really makes them stand out. The glass top is super easy to clean with no effort at all. It has 5 cooking elements. The fifth one is used to keep food warm.
It has a very large oven that has an hidden element which makes cleaning so easy. After the oven reaches your desired cooking temp it plays a cute little tune to let you know to get cooking. We absolutely love this stove it bakes, boils, and fry's so much faster than our previous one.

Upon unboxing my new 5.9 cu. ft. Capacity Samsung Freestanding Electric Range with flexible 5 Element cooktop, I immediately notice the modern design with the stainless-steel dials and digital display at the top of the range which controls the cooktop, oven, kitchen timer and clock. I also noticed that this flat cooktop range has 5 heating elements – 3 in the rear and 2 in the front. The rear center burner is strictly a warming element. The 2 front burners have dual elements with dual controls that can be used in two different ways. The center element heats faster and provides the fast boil option. Another plus is that I have the ability to choose burner sizes to match my pots size. My previous range had one large element and 3 smaller ones.
I especially like using the flat cooktop because food cooks evenly in any pan I use. When you're done cooking, cleanup is a breeze on this flat cooktop! The flat surface looks very appealing. There's no need for those flower burner covers!
After my first use the surface appeared to be scratched despite using smooth pans; however, the scratches did come off with a magic eraser.
The oven is larger than my previous one. Upon inspection, I noticed that there's just one heating element at the top. The baking element is hidden. This makes oven cleaning a simple and easy task. My old one had an element at the top and the bottom of the stove.
The oven vents are on the door, behind the handle, and above the glass. I noticed that steam comes out from under the top and drips when the oven is in use. So, use caution when opening the oven door when baking.
There is a light control button at the top of the range which allows you to turn the oven light on and off.
There is a bottom storage space below the oven for my pots and pans. However, I did notice that it's a bit smaller than my previous range.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with my new range and I look forward to all of the delicious foods I will prepare using it.

First of all I have to say how excited we were to come across this range. Recently our old stove had the oven door shatter due to a mishap with a rolling chair so we had visited a few sites and stores looking at ranges to replace it. No kidding we had it down to two stoves this very one and another by a different brand.
We are used to glass cook tops so there was nothing really new here except for the 5th burner which keeps food warm (think gravy, veggies, dips, stews, etc). This fifth burner is great for family meals or for the Holidays. We love the sleek design and the stainless steel accents, which we are totally new to.
My favorite part is the hidden element. This is what makes the range so easy to keep clean. As a mom with children, and grand children we are always making meals, so clean up needs to be easy. The top wipes clean with little effort and upkeep, the inside is super easy as you don't have to clean around a heating element which makes cleaning tedious.
I also love the controls, they are easy to use, and the light that lets others know that the cook top is hot is awesome. All of our children and grandchildren know if that light is on the range is hot. A lifesaver for a family who likes cook together.
The oven is great and fits two small to medium pans on one shelf, my largest pan can only fit one per shelf, which is OK with me since this is the only way I have ever used it. I do wish that it had come with a third rack for utilizing the whole oven such as when baking cookies, pizza, etc.
I only have two flaws that could be made better with future models and that is the vent under the controls on the range. Cleaning this area can be dangerous as it has sharp areas. I am used to a smooth surface that cleans just a bit easier then this. Maybe a grated area that can be cleaned without fear or laceration. The second is that the stove can not sit flush with the wall because of plug. I am thinking a recessed are so the there is room for the plug.

This Samsung electric range exceeded my expectations. So many things to love about it. Heats up quickly. Lights show burner is in use. Just a pleasure to cook and bake with. Another plus it is a self cleaning oven. It also has a sleek modern look to it and it looks great in my kitchen. I am looking forward to cooking more with this range.
The capacity of this oven allows me to cook more at once. Perfect for baking and making meals for my kids. The kitchen is my favorite room in the house and the Samsung range makes cooking that much easier.

I love my new Samsung electric range. It looks great in my kitchen and cooks and bakes very well. A perfect size for my family of four.. The drawer at the bottom allows me to store my cooking and bakeware giving me more much needed space in my cupboard. Having the flat surface on top makes for easy clean up from spills. Also the extra burner is a plus for keeping food warm while serving and entertaining. I have used the self clean and it totally gets my oven completely clean. Another added plus is the two burners in front allow me to fast boil so I am able to cook in a timely more efficient pace.

Samsung's 5.9 cu. ft. Freestanding Electric Range is no joke! It heats up extremely fast and gets extremely hot and stays that way even a few minutes after its been shut off. I love that it has a light showing that it is still hot when it is shut off. We have needed an upgrade for some time now and we definitely got it! When preheating the oven it shows the temperature rising until it is up to the selected temp. The only thing that I do not like is that it shows every smudge and it is hard to clean and keep clean, but at the same time I love that it is flat and there are no burners to remove for cleaning. I like the warming station as well I would recommend this stove to anyone looking. The light inside the oven is very bright and easy to see whats going on. I love the self clean feature it makes for a simple clean up.

Getting to know this stove, the cooktop cleans very easily and it heats up very quickly! I love that I can get pasta cooked much quicker with the fast boil element! The control panel was very easy to use and I love the chimes rather than the beeping of my old one, it is loud enough without being annoying. Baking....everything has come out perfect. Cleaning the oven is just as easy as the cook top! Since I am a clean freak, this is a big deal to me, it doesn't take an hour to clean the stove...5-10 minutes and I am done! Awesome stove!!

First off I would like to say that the range is very sleek and looks great in my kitchen. I have wanted a glass cook top surface since they came out, but people told me horror stories about them. After finally deciding on this range and using it now for several weeks I regret not doing it sooner. I love the warming eye in the center back. You really don't know how useful this is until you have one. It's like how did I ever get this far in life without one. Another feature I think is really cool is the front two burners are adaptable for large or small pans. Depending on need you can turn the outer elements on or off separately from the inner element. Extremely handy. I love how fast it heats up as well. Boils water much faster than my old conventional range. It also has a much appreciated warning light that stays on until the surface cools down to a safe temperature. Best thing is no more nasty drip pans! The oven cooks nice and evenly. Mine out of the box seems to be calibrated correctly but just in case yours seems off, you can easily recalibrate it to plus or minus 20 degrees. My absolute favorite feature of the oven is the timed cook cycle. You can put something in the oven, set the temperature and the cook time and then walk away. No more not hearing the oven timer going off and burning dinner because you left it in there 10 minutes too long. the oven shuts off after the cook timer ends and you can even program a keep warm cycle for up to three hours after cooking time is finished. Awesome, awesome feature. Once again. How did I ever live without this? The oven is much larger than my old one which is great. It did come at the expense of a shallower storage drawer underneath but who cares. I have a feeling I will love the self cleaning feature as well but obviously haven't used it yet. Overall very happy with my purchase and proud to have a new addition to my Samsung family of TV's and appliances.

The Samsung range is an essential device in my household. We have been making all meals at home for many months now, and my old range was not up to the task, with only one good burner and very little room on the cooktop. This new range has five burners, with two of them large enough for my biggest pots and pans. The large burners are on the front, which was perfect for me to cook while 9 months pregnant. The top is spacious and very easy to clean. The warmer is very useful for keeping sauce warm, and also for warming butter. I did accidentally leave the butter on there too long, about an hour, and it melted too much. The oven heats up very quickly, and I have been excited to bake a lot more than before. The self-cleaning feature is especially easy because the bottom element is hidden and messes can be cleaned up swiftly. The viewing window is very large, and my children love to watch the cookies while they are baking. This range looks beautiful in my kitchen, and it makes me want to update the rest of the space!

Was pretty excited to try our new Samsung Electric Range. We have other Samsung appliances so that means we had high expectations for this range. IT SURPASSED THEM ALL! The very sleek and classy unit looks great in our kitchen. The unit is very spacious on the inside and would work great for large meals or multiple items. The extra element also helps with larger meals as you can cook more things at once. The display and knobs are very easy to use and the readouts are bright and clear. I absolutely love the large oven window, you can see everything easily and clear. My only complaint about this product is that you can see every fingerprint, wipe mark, smudge on it. You really have to keep it clean, sometimes having to wipe down twice. I would definitely suggest this range to my friends and family.

I thought this was wonderful to cook and bake with! The first thing is how nice the stove looks. I think it is very modern and will go with alot of different kitchen decor. This is a great upgrade for your kitchen! I will start with the cook top. This has 4 burners and a 5th warming burner to keep food warm which is very good to have if cooking multiple things at one time. The 2 big burners at the front has 2 cooking modes turn left for regular cooking then turn right for super cooking power! Great for boiling water and searing food! The control panel is very easy to use and has so many options available. Bake ,broil,keep warm,self clean,cooking time delay start and much more! The oven has many levels so you can adjust the racks to the right place for a nice bake plus i thought the baking was very even so not necessary to have to keep flipping the food to get a even bake. The stove heats up fast and so far everything I have cooked using the stove has come out great! Everyone that has came over wants to know about it and how well it works! I am very pleased with this stoce and cleaning of the stove has been easy also love the flat cook top! I think this a very well made stove and will last a long time. The oven is nice and spacious so you can have enough room to have alot cooking at one time and it seems to me the stovetop has more room so it doesn't seem like I am battling for space if I am using both big burners. This is a really good stove!

Samsung's 5.9 cu. ft. Freestanding Electric Range is no joke! It heats up extremely fast and gets extremely hot and stays that way even a few minutes after its been shut off. I love that it has a light showing that it is still hot when it is shut off. We have needed an upgrade for some time now and we definitely got it! When preheating the oven it shows the temperature rising until it is up to the selected temp. The only thing that I do not like is that it shows every smudge and it is hard to clean and keep clean, but at the same time I love that it is flat and there are no burners to remove for cleaning. I like the warming station as well I would recommend this stove to anyone looking. The light inside the oven is very bright and easy to see whats going on. I love the self clean feature it makes for a simple clean up.

The Samsung Electric Range would make any kitchen look updated. With its smooth top and sleek look. It really does heat up faster then I'm used to, if I compare it to my prior range. For the temperature knob , cooking at number four is like a six , at least from my experience . You will know the difference when you boil something or cook something and maybe even burn it. You get used to it once you know all your settings.
Pros

*Has a timer that beeps when it hits the temp you set oven temp for
*Light turns on automatically in the oven when you open oven door
*Has a warming area for a small pot
*Has some dual burners (large with smaller one inside it) on front burners
*The oven is an awesome size width wise
*The knobs turn smoothly and have the dual temps for the burners
*Has an oven light you can turn on while baking,etc
Cons
*If you turn on the oven light yourself, it will turn off once you open the door, and you have to turn it on again if you wanted see how your yummy food is coming along.
*The storage drawer isn't big compared to others
*The large burner doesn't cover enough area for one of your largest pots/pans , guess it depends the type of pot and pans you have
*The space between where oven vents ,I think is too far apart. Doesn't look appealing
*When you push on the panel settings ,it seems to move somewhat , not sure if over time I will run into problems due to that
* The oven doesn't let me put my two largest trays in length wise, without pushing it up against the inside and slightly over rack. I think the rack could've been set to go back a little further when designed.
Over all my family and I love our new stove!

I was so excited to buy my new Samsung range. This one came with five burners. My old range only have four burners with only three of them working. It was so very hard to cook a large meal and not have the burners to work. This range is my favorite cause of the fifth burner. It has a beautiful black top cooking and I bought a special top to put over it when not in use to protect it from scratches and marks. The oven when we made a cake was perfect to the timer and it cooked everything evenly. My husband and I share the cooking chores in our house and we both agree this was a great purchase. The design of the black with the stainless steel looks fabulous. It is positioned in my house right next to my dishwasher and they both match each other. They look great. This is a great item to purchase from Samsung and my husband and I love cooking meals now with the extra burner and so much more spacious cooking area. It is so easy to read dials on the back indicating which burners are in use. It will leave a red light on to show that the cooking area is still hot. You will simply love your new range as well.
